  • Puree mangoes, rum, and 1/2 cup water in a blender. Pour 2 ounces puree into each of six 12-ounce glasses. Fill glasses with ice, and top off with pineapple juice. Garnish with tropical fruit.

I dont drink, so arranging beverages for parties is also difficult for me. This cocktail though was huge hit! I cut the mango two hours in advance and kept it in the freezer. I used the mango then instead of the ice. The whole pitcher was gone in a flash!
