    Watched Martha this morning, ran down to my deli and picked up the ricotta, made these for dinner tonight. Sublime. Really, if ricotta and artichokes float your boat, these babies will have you sailing the high seas. I'm going to the book store to buy this cook book tomorrow, in hopes that all the recipes are this well written. I knew *exactly* what to do with the 'chokes.
