    So delicious. Use top quality ice cream and chocolate. I could NOT get the chocolate to stay on the ice cream. It slid right off. And it wasn't as runny as in her video. Mine was thick. So I added a bit of vegetable oil and that worked.

    I made this two years ago for my granddaughters birthday party. I made it for her Dad (my son-in-law) because he doesn't like cake. Everyone is still talking about them, they loved them.

    Could not get the chocolate to spread over icecream....ended up using hard shell ice cream topping....
