Yogurt Sauce with Herbs and Apple


Serve this sauce with our Salmon Cakes.


  • ¾ cup low-fat yogurt

  • 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and grated

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh mint

  • Coarse salt and ground pepper


  1. Stir together yogurt, apple, lemon juice, cilantro, and mint. Season with salt and pepper.
