I have made something like this but also added chopped sundried tom. (the ones packed in olive oil)
If you like feta cheese, this will become an instant classic. Great for entertaining and easy to make.
This was delicious, everyone loved it. It got better the second and third day. We were dipping all kinds of veggies and bagel chips into it, but leftover slices of buttermilk-marinated grilled chicken breast was really especially tasty when dunked in it. :-)
