Inspired by traditional Mexican flavors, this eggnog pairs bittersweet chocolate with just a pinch of spicy chile. The drink can be made a day in advance. Use the time right before serving the eggnog to make hot churros for a unique garnish.
This [filtered] is [filtered] dope. That said, on the third batch, I subbed out the milk chocolate and did all Dark chocolate. The bitterness better suits my friend group. Additionally, I experimented with different alcoholic combinations for this, outside of just brandy. The best we found was Bourbon, Brandy, and Chartreuse. Per 6oz cup of Nog, add 0.5 bourbon, 0.5 Brandy, 0.25 green chartreuse. Lit AF.
