Great salad with the Buffalo Chicken Strips (and with many other meals, as well.) I can't say I know what the recipe developer intended, but I would guess 3 drops or 3 dashes of hot sauce (I used 3 dashes). The Blue Cheese Salad is intended to cool the palate from the spicy Buffalo Chicken Stips. You can always add more to suit your taste. Hope this helps.

What is the exact amount of hot sauce to be used? Is it teaspoon or tablespoon?

Ron is constantly making the "blue cheese dressing" for salads, while I make the "red wine vinegarette with dill" both are really good! This recipe is slightly different than the one Ron makes, but I know as soon as he sees this, he will be off to the grocery to get the ingredients. Yeah! I know him.

This salad is perfect with the buffalo chicken strips, with or without the extra hot sauce. Bleu cheese has never been one of my husband's favorite foods, but he loved the dressing and romaine lettuce.
