One taste and you'll see that this spicy-sweet sauce lives up to its name.

This sounds really good! One question, though... What exactly is Asian chili sauce? I've looked and I get overwhelmed at all the sauce choices in the condiment aisle... none of which actually say, "Asian chili sauce," at least that I can find. Will hot sauce work? Chili sauce? Please help point me in the right direction. Thanks!! :) PS- I love all your recipes and greatly miss Mad Hungry on TV.

Has anyone made this? Should it be sweet or dill pickles? It does not specify.

I'm assuming that from the description of the sauce being spicy-"sweet", that the pickle juice should be from a jar of sweet pickles. Anyway, it does sound interesting enough to try....bring on the burgers!
