It's quick, simple and tasty! Also it's inspiration for an easy sandwich to use up brie.. everyone can make a sandwich with mustard, but maybe they never thought of making a ham, mustard & brie sandwich. Don't be so negative.. There are too many recipes for fancy sandwiches online. I think it's nice to see something that isn't smothered in a fig jam, arugula & other overpowering ingredients which detract from this delicate delicious and expensive cheese. I think it's well rounded- a chewy mild flavored fresh baguette, smooth creamy mild cheese, salty ham and the light tang of prepared mustard.

The whole idea that this recipe is to spread mustard on bread and add ham and cheese is embaressing. Umm I think everyone knows how to make a sandwich with mustard.

This sandwich needs honey mustard and arugula. No balance as the recipe is written.
