Both wooden and metal skewers are great for kebabs. Wooden skewers need to be soaked in water for 30 minutes before use.

    These were yummy. The oranges and the cucumbers on the grill tasted great, and complemented the scallops so nicely. Ginger is for those who really love ginger--I suppose it gives a bit of flavor to the scallops. You won't be sorry.
