Ingredients

  • 1 cup softened (2 sticks) butter

  • 1 tablespoon sweet or hot paprika

  • ½ teaspoon coarse salt

  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together butter, paprika, salt, and pepper. Use immediately, or refrigerate, covered, up to 1 week.
