This ultra-quickdessert is reminiscent of a frozenmargarita. Lemon sorbet is jazzed upwith a splashof tequila, then sprinkled with finely grated lime zest.
Using an ice cream scoop, spoon 2 scoops of sorbet into each of 4 glasses. Drizzle 1 tablespoon tequila over sorbet in each glass, and sprinkle with lime zest. Serve immediately.
