I left the garlic out as well as the red pepper flakes. Normally, I like both of these ingredients, but wasn't in the mood today—no big deal.

Simple and quick. I actually parboiled the broccoli first so it wasn't too al dente. I put a little butter in with olive oil, heated it and added the garlic and red pepper flakes to sit in the oil for a while before sauteing the broccoli. nice cooking method.
One bunch of baby broccoli will serve two people, so this should serve four.
This sounds so good, but does anyone know how many servings this makes? I'm thinking 2 servings, but even just an estimate would help.
I tried this with fresh young green beans!! Yum!!!
