Blueberry-Walnut Muesli

Yield:
3 cups

Serve muesli with yogurt, berries, and a drizzle of honey.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups old-fashioned oats

  • ¾ cup dried blueberries

  • ½ cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted

  • cup sunflower seeds, toasted

  • ¼ cup wheat germ

  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed

Directions

  1. Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl.

Cook's Notes

Muesli can be stored in an airtight container up to 1 week.
