Why do you put Honey in smoothies!?! This recipe post suggests one read the label for Soy beverage with lowest sugar content, then you instruct us to put it back in. I am Diabetic, I do not drink anything sweet because I can control that! Use only fresh ingredients you will taste the difference! I try very hard to cook everything fresh as I need to control sweetners and dairy. Our country,USA needs to get this epidemic under control. Do not wait for the government to do it, start your own breakaway before you too hear the dreaded diagnosis! just spend a few minutes during your next shopping trip, find prepared food stuff without some form of sweetener added! Sorry, kind of got deep, I will move my soap box to the next site!raf
