    I love this dish!... I don't do meat so I substituted vegetable broth and it was still very popular in my house! Worth the effort of shucking all that corn.

    One word: AMAZING! My family LOVED this recipe! Yes, it is a little decadent, but it's so delicious! The parmesan soaks up the cream and turns everything into a pasty amazing treat. I used Trader Joe's super sweet frozen corn and it was just as good as fresh. This is definitely becoming a regular side!
