Vinegar-Garlic Dipping Sauce

Makes about 3/4 cup

Use this recipe as a dipping sauce for our Lumpia.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic

  • ½ cup distilled white vinegar

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

Directions

  1. Whisk together ingredients. Sauce can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days; before serving, bring to room temperature and pour into individual dipping bowls.
