    I was scared about this recipe but to be honest, in the end it was not so difficult. I could not find a large cabbage, so I used a small-ish one. We had a lot of left over "stuffing", which we put into 5 ramekins covered with tin foil. Put both the stuffed cabbage and the ramekins into the oven and both were amazing. I was trying out this dish for a vegetarian cousin of ours coming to Christmas tomorrow - so glad to see it not only worked out but was very delicious.
