I would love to try this recipe, but have never used plastic wrap in the oven. Does this refer to cling wrap? And is it ok to use in a hot oven?

I have used this recipe for the past three years. My family loves it! We collect and dry most of our apricots every year and this recipe is a winner in school lunches and for gifting. When I asked my mom to give me a Christmas gift idea, she quickly replied, "Your delicious apricot fruit leather!"
