Ingredients 4 (8-inch) tortillas Olive oil Toppings, grated Gouda cheese and roasted red-pepper strips; sliced spinach and goat-cheese rounds; mango chutney, shredded cheddar cheese, and thinly sliced red onion; or hummus, sliced cherry tomatoes, and chopped chives Salt and pepper Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
