08/01/2010 Tasty, next time I'm gonna marinade it in the sauce and use it as a glaze. Paired it with the Asian cabbage slaw in the pic. Good combo.

04/10/2010 I love this recipe! If you have problems with it bubbling over, I use a glass baking dish and line it with foil and have absolutely no problems. I also use a micro-plane grater/zester to grate the garlic and the ginger. I can't imagine anyone saying this doesn't have good flavor if you use the correct amount of ginger and garlic.

06/22/2009 My husband and I absolutely loved this dish. The chicken came out so tender and tasty. I did have a problem with my cheap baking sheet warping and the juices bubbling over and onto the bottom of the oven causing some smoke, but it was minimal and didn't effect the taste. Definitely will make again!

06/13/2009 I was really disappointed with this recipe. The honey mixture bubble up and over the sides of the pan burning the inside of the oven and causing a lot of smoke. We could not even eat the chicken because of the smoky smell.

05/22/2009 My husband and I both though this was "blah", which surprised me since there are so many flavorful ingredients. I guess for us the honey just overwhelmed with sweetness.
