If you prefer some other dried fruit, such as cranberries, you can add them to this mix.

We love this recipe! I did want my granola to stick together a little more, so I did increase the syrup recipe by 1/2 and the granola stays together much better. This is a family favorite!

This is my weekly staple, my go-to snack. I add my dried fruit after I bake the oatmeal so I can add more oatmeal, and I have also added other things like quinoa and ground flax. This is so fun to experiment with! I love it on top of home made yogurt. Mmmmm....breakfast. Thanks for the recipe!

This was great! I made a few substitutions. I used a little more honey and omitted the brown sugar, used coconut oil instead of vegetable oil, and put more nuts and cherries in.

This was so easy and so yummy! I used a dried berry blend (blueberries, cherries, raspberries and cranberries) and I did not put in the coconut. However, I am wondering what the "Nutrition Facts" are for this recipe.

I made this with the 3 year old I watch. Not only was it easy enough for her to prepare, her and her older sister love it plain or on top of yogurt. I accidentally left out the brown sugar, and thought it had tremendous flavor without the added sweetness. Be warned, your house will smell delicious after you bake this.
