I made these for a xmas party, and guests loved them. The three balls provide a nice variety of colors, textures, and flavors. They turned out much larger than I expected - each about the size of a grapefruit (cranberry cheddar was larger than the other two). Festive and yummy.

All three were great! They were a big hit at my Christmas cocktail party. My favorite is the Cheddar cranberry cheeseball.

I've made these several times since the recipe was first published and they were always a hit! Yes, they do feed a lot of people. I froze what I didn't use and then thawed it and ate it a couple of weeks later. Still delicious!

I made this for a party and it was a huge hit. Not difficult, but does require a lot of dishes to make. Everyone had a favorite cheese ball. . .I highly recommend this for holiday parties. I would also say it would feed more than 8-10. We had 8 people and I had over 1/2 of each ball left.

Made only the goat cheese ball and it was a huge hit! Yummy! My brother asked why I had cucumbers with it instead of crackers and I told him to just try it. His face said it all...
