Scrumptious tartlets from a bakery in custom-stamped bags make for tasty treats that are easy as pie to assemble in advance. Miniature pecan pies, which will stay fresh longer than most desserts, can be picked up at the store or delivered to you a day before the wedding. When you receive the pies, bridesmaids or moms can add extra pecans, tuck them into wax-lined bags (ours are decorated with a custom-made rubber stamp), and seal them with double-sided tape. A tray set by the coat check is sure to be emptied as guests take their leave.
