Soy-licious Smoothie Recipe

For fans of edamame, tofu, and dairy-free milk, April means one thing: National Soy Month. What better time to whip up a healthy, memory-enhancing soy smoothie?

Combine 2 cups of your favorite frozen berries (we like antioxidant-rich blueberries and strawberries) with 1/2 cup of plain soy yogurt, 1 cup of soy milk, a squeeze of honey, and 1 to 2 tablespoons of shelled hemp seeds, which offer brain-boosting omega-3s. Blend until smooth.
