Fall is synonymous with sipping warm apple cider, trick-or-treating, and eating plenty of pie. From classic pumpkin and apple pie flavors to innovative creations like Butterscotch Pie with Pecan-Shortbread Crust and our Lemon-Cranberry Meringue Pie, which is the delicious treat you see here, there's a type of pie for every palette.

One of the most classic pie recipes is apple pie. Try our Diamond Apple Pie, which takes the top layer of pie crust to the next level with cut-out diamonds. It's eye-catching and sure to wow your crowd at any seasonal or holiday event. We also have a dairy-free, vegan apple pie recipe for anyone at your party who has special dietary needs. Of course, we'd be remiss if we didn't include several pumpkin pie recipes, too. Our latest and greatest recipe is this Five-Spice Pumpkin Pie with Phyllo Crust. If you're short on time or just want to try something different than the usual pâte brisée pie crust, store-bought phyllo dough is an easy, crispy, and delicious alternative. Another way to cut down on prep time in the kitchen is by creating a make-ahead pumpkin pie. This no-bake, deep-dish version is made with pure pumpkin purée and cream cheese, plus plenty of spices. The gingersnap-cookie crust adds a richer flavor of autumn in this classic pie flavor.

For chocolate lovers, try our white and dark chocolate Vanilla Pudding Pie recipe. The milk chocolate filling has a touch of cardamom and vanilla beans, and the chocolate wafer cookie crust is guaranteed to draw "oohs" and "ahhs." Or try top layers of thin, crispy phyllo dough with airy chocolate mousse and a dollop of homemade whipped cream in our recipe for Chocolate Mousse Pie with Phyllo Crust. Whether you stick with a classic pie flavor or try something new, these pie recipes are sure to delight all season long.
