Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day—and it's also one of our favorites. Some nights, nothing sounds or tastes better than breakfast for dinner. From a Fried Omelet with Shrimp and Snap Peas, pictured here, to Quick Fried Chicken and Waffles, these recipes are sure to satisfy your breakfast cravings, and that's true whether you're enjoying them at six in the morning or six at night.

If you're in the mood for something savory and healthy, consider making one of our many protein-packed egg dishes for dinner. A frittata is a family-friendly option that can be baked and served in the same dish. In the middle of winter, make use of Swiss chard in this frittata with rye berries; come summertime, devour our Blistered Green-Bean and Corn Frittata alongside a cherry tomato salad. Both are a great way to use seasonal vegetables, and each is vegetarian-friendly.

Looking for a combination of two meals in one? Nothing says breakfast for dinner like fried chicken and waffles; our recipe comes together in just under an hour and everyone will love the combination of soft, fluffy waffles, salty fried chicken, and sweet maple syrup.
