Floating Flowers-and-Candle Centerpiece
It's a cheese board; it's a serving dish; it's a place to corral cocktail garnishes — it's a basic white platter (this one's from cb2.com), the most versatile item in your cupboard. Here, we use it as a vessel for displaying blossoms and candles in an elegant centerpiece. Float a few flowers freshly picked from your garden like these fluffy pink peonies in small bowls, and arrange them with votive candles.
