Easy Salad Dressing

Salads are a feature of almost every dinner, so it only makes sense to keep a supply of dressing on hand. Stored in a corked wine bottle -- a more convenient and attractive container than a jar -- any basic vinaigrette made with extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, crushed garlic, and a touch of mustard will keep for weeks in the refrigerator.
