Pinecone-Embellished Gift Tags
Add extra charm to your holiday packaging with a little help from the great outdoors. Simply attach tiny pinecones — pristine or spruced up with metallic floral spray — to storebought tags and cards using glue.

The pattern can be anything from a miniature wreath to a teeny-tiny tree to a pretty cluster. Depending on the size of your gift tag or card, many small-size pinecone varieties will suffice. Here, we used Tamarack pinecones which measure from 1/2 to 3/4 inches long.
