For quick and easy access to crucial information, emergency lists ought to be handy wherever you find yourself, at home or on the go. Include family telephone and cellular numbers, pediatrician and dentist information, poison control, nearest hospital, nearest drugstore, family friend, babysitters, baby's allergies, blood type, etc. Make several photocopies of the emergency list, and reduce a few to wallet size. Laminate all lists, and keep by the refrigerator and telephone and in wallets and the diaper bag.

I have a master list done. Need to make copies. Also, I do store hours, libraries, pharmacy, and keep them in wallet and on bulletin board.

Another important list is for each family member to have medications, dosage, allergies, surgeries with dates, physicians phone numbers and drug store numbers for prescriptions. I keep a wallet size in my purse.
