  • Piece of wood cut to about 8 by 1 5/8 by 3/4 inches

  • Ten 1/4-inch nuts

  • Wood glue

  • Clear-drying white glue

  • Tooth-pick

  • Glitter

  1. Using wood glue, attach 10 nuts to the wooden base: a stack of 2 in the middle, with 4 on each side. Let dry.

  2. Brush all but the underside of the base with clear-drying white glue. Sprinkle with glitter; let dry.

  3. To add colored details, use a tooth-pick to dot the edges of base with glue, and sprinkle with a contrasting color of glitter.
