Adobo Chicken with Jimmy
Jimmy Rodriguez began a culinary career by selling seafood chowder along the Major Deegan Expressway in the Bronx and has gone on to become the highly successful owner of three New York City restaurants: Jimmy's Bronx Café, Jimmy's Uptown, and Jimmy's Downtown.
