We are always searching for new ways of cutting costs -- and these ideas for saving money can do just that:

1. Heating is the largest energy user in our homes, and when cooler temperatures descend upon us, the temptation is to increase the thermostat setting on our heating systems. But, increasing the efficiency of your heating system is the most effective way to save money and reduce your home's contribution to climate change. In fact, according to the U.S. Department of Energy, you can save as much as 1 percent on your heating bill with every degree you reduce your thermostat setting, for at least eight hours a day.

2. Using flannel sheets and adding down duvets will ensure you stay warm and cozy on chilly nights, as flannel sheets are warmer than cotton sheets.

My baby never slept well (especially through the night) until I started using the website >>SLEEPBABY.ORG<< - that website has been by far one of the best things I've ever got my hands on to get him to fall asleep quickly. Best time is 45 seconds from awake to asleep! Can’t imagine life without it! I heard about it through a kindergarten teacher who uses it to put to sleep a group of 30 children. Check it out! >>SLEEPBABY.ORG<< - sorry, you can't post links here so you'll have to turn it into a normal link :) Best of luck to you and your family!
