Like most sparklers, these are extinguished after a short while—with several large bites. And they're as simple to make as they are tasty. All you need to do is melt chocolate, add sprinkles, and place them in the refrigerator to set. They're the perfect treat for the Fourth of July. What You'll Need Materials 24 pretzel rods ($3.49, target.com) 4 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate Pastry brush ($14, surlatable.com) Instructions To make two dozen, place 4 ounces of chopped semisweet chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Next, set it over a pan of simmering water; stirring occasionally until melted and then remove from heat. Using a pastry brush, coat the upper third of each pretzel rod in chocolate. Cover the coated part with sprinkles and stand your pretzel sparklers upright in a glass. Finally, place them in the refrigerator until they're firm, about five minutes. And enjoy!
