Q. I love the look of menu cards, but I'm not sure how to properly place them on the table. I've noticed that you use holders for them. Where can I find them? Where do I place menu cards? Do I need one for each person, or will one per table suffice?

Each individual place setting does not need its own menu card. If you have long rectangular tables, four menu cards per table will be sufficient. Place one at each end and two in the middle. For a round table that seats six to eight people, two menu cards are enough. Menu-card holders can be purchased at many stationery stores, but you can always place the menus between the salt and pepper shakers. Place-card holders can also be used to hold menu cards.
