Red Scalloped Treat Bags
Cut a piece of red craftstock to 3 3/4 by 4 inches and fold in half widthwise using a bone folder. Along bottom, punch a scallop dot edge.
Fill a cello treat bag with candy, leaving room at the top to fit between craftstock folds. With hammer and setter set, punch small holes into each side of bag and bag topper. Insert baker's twine into hole in a gift tag and then string through the holes in the bag and bag topper, tying in front.
