    I made this dish last night for my wife and our neighbors, in a word epic! They were ooing and awing!!! I served it with pureed artichoke bottoms and a tajine of chick peas, saffron and tomatos. I followed with a almond paste phyllo wrap glazed with a honey orange reduction!! This was one of the best meals I have ever made and darn pround of how it came out!!! It required significant prep work but well worth it! Thanks Martha and Staff

    Could we also please have the recipe for the mash with which this was served on the show (I believe that it was artichoke and potato)?
