I just made this recipe and it's chilling in the refrigerator. However, I'm so concerned about the fact that the eggs in this recipe were never cooked - the yolks or the whites. Is that not a problem? Did I miss something?
I'd really love to hear back on this.
I'm thinking I should not serve it at the event I was taking it to in case there are any pregnant women there.

I am from England and found this on a recipe search...
I made the pie for the whole family for a desert, they loved it! Said it was the best desert I had ever made and demanded more!
It isn't a quick thing you can whip up, as it must be set overnight and involves many different types of ingredient but it went down very well!
