Haven't tasted it yet. It looks good. The instructions said bake at 350 for 10 minutes and then lower the temperature and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. It didn't give the temperature to lower it to for the last part of baking. I chose 300 because that's how I finish my pecan pie.
