It's muddled with celery for an extra-refreshing drink. Ingredients 2 cups chopped celery stalks (from ½ bunch), plus celery leaves for garnish 1 tablespoon superfine sugar 3 ounces fresh lime juice, plus thinly sliced lime rounds for garnish 6 ounces chilled gin Directions In a pitcher, muddle celery with sugar.
