Just right for a spring gathering or garden party, that's this big-batch riff on a gin gimlet. It's muddled with celery for an extra-refreshing drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped celery stalks (from ½ bunch), plus celery leaves for garnish

  • 1 tablespoon superfine sugar

  • 3 ounces fresh lime juice, plus thinly sliced lime rounds for garnish

  • 6 ounces chilled gin

Directions

  1. In a pitcher, muddle celery with sugar. Add lime juice and gin. Fill with ice and stir until cold. Pour into glasses; serve with lime wheels and celery leaves.
