Creamy yogurt, with a touch of honey and cinnamon added for sweetness gives this fruit salad a protein boost. The prebiotics from the fruit and the probiotics from the yogurt work hand in hand to promote healthy gut bacteria (and not to mention make for a filling snack).


  • ¼ cup plain yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Pinch of kosher salt

  • 1 cup halved strawberries

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced


  1. In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and salt. Toss with strawberries, blueberries, and banana. Serve, sprinkled with more cinnamon.
