Yogurt-Dipped Mandarins

These little bites of sunshine make a great afternoon snack; Greek yogurt is a good source of protein, and cinnamon lends sweetness without added sugar.

Ingredients

  • 2 small oranges or tangerines

  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • Ground cinnamon, for serving

Directions

  1. Peel citrus and pull apart segments; discard any white pith. Whisk yogurt to loosen, then dip segments halfway into yogurt. Freeze on a parchment-lined baking sheet 10 minutes; sprinkle cinnamon and serve.
