It's the perfect lighter beverage to have with appetizers and before a big feast. Ingredients ¾ cup red aperitivo, such as Campari or Aperol ½ cup sweet vermouth, such as Carpano Antica ¼ cup fresh lemon juice Ice, for serving 1 bottle (750 milliliters) prosecco brut or other dry sparkling white wine, chilled Chilled club soda, orange slices, and rosemary sprigs, for serving (optional) Directions In a pitcher or punch bowl, combine Campari, vermouth, and lemon juice; refrigerate until ready to serve (or combine in an airtight container and refrigerate up to 3 days). Just before serving, add ice to pitcher, top with prosecco, and stir once. Pour into ice-filled glasses, top each with a splash of soda, and garnish each with a citrus slice and rosemary sprig; serve immediately. Print
