Part 1

Step 1

Download and print the template on 11-by-17-inch paper; cut out.

Step 2

Cut two 8-inch pieces off the dowel; set the remainder aside to make a second scroll or use in another project. Paint beads; let dry.

Step 3

Use craft glue to secure the ends of the scroll to the dowels, wrapping the edge of paper over each dowel and gluing it to the back of the scroll paper.

Step 4

Glue a bead to each dowel end. Roll up the scroll and tie with ribbon.
