Sometimes spring showers and summer lunches call for a mocktail. This grapefruit spritz is made with Sanbitter, an Italian red soda known as Campari's virgin doppelganger.
Fill a highball glass with crushed ice; add Sanbitter. Top with dry ginger ale (such as Gus Soda Extra Dry) and fresh grapefruit juice; stir to combine. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
