You can't go wrong when you add recipes from Martha Stewart's kitchen to your weeknight dinner menu. And now, Martha's meal kit delivery service, Martha & Marley Spoon, is expanding its lineup to include 20 different recipe options each week. Customers asked and the Martha & Marley Spoon culinary team listened. After reviewing feedback, they found that subscribers seek more variety and want choices that fit their tastes and dietary requirements. This will make Martha & Marley Spoon one of the only meal kit companies in the United States to offer 20 recipes per week–which we think is a very good thing! Not only are they expanding the menu, they're also adding new and creative recipes featuring proteins like meat and fish, healthy options that are low carb and packed with whole grains, and dishes that cook in less than 30 minutes.

After signing up and selecting your recipes, the fresh, pre-portioned ingredients and a step-by-step instructions card will be delivered right to your door. Schedule drop off when it's convenient with your schedule and don't worry if you're traveling or need to take care of leftovers. You can easily skip a week without penalty.

With so many options to choose from, it's hard to pick favorites, but we think these would make delicious additions to your dinner table:

You won't miss ground beef or chicken when you have creamy mashed beans, a charred corn salsa, and a zesty chipotle crema. A side salad of fresh baby spinach is tossed with a bright lime juice for the finishing touch on this veggie-packed dish. Plus, it allows each family member (even the picky ones) to customize their plate.

Not only does this oven dinner come together quickly, it also cooks on a single baking sheet. Fresh bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs are coated in a bold paste made from harissa spice blend and roasted alongside russet potatoes, red onion, and baby spinach. A drizzle of lemon-garlic sauce and a touch of dill brings the flavors together.

Spice things up in the kitchen with this creative take on salmon. The fish is seasoned with ras el hanout-a Moroccan spice blend full of warming spices like coriander, cumin, and cinnamon. It's a flavor combination you may not have thought of on your own, but with the help of Martha, you can pull it off. The salmon is served on a warm bed of French green lentils and veggies and topped with a tangy vinaigrette. This healthy dish is packed with protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamin D, plus it's gluten-free.
