Nori Guacamole

Makes 1/2 cup

Everyone's favorite healthy dip tastes new and exciting with the addition of crunchy roasted seaweed flakes.


  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and mashed

  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

  • 2 tablespoons crumbled roasted seaweed snacks

  • Brown-rice cakes or crackers, for serving


  1. Combine avocado, scallion, lime juice, and cilantro in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with roasted seaweed and serve with rice cakes.
