There’s nothing we love more than a little educational programming. On this week’s episode of “Chopped,” we’ll learn a thing or two about odd ingredients...and how to make them delicious. And what makes this even better is that our own Martha Stewart is a guest judge.

What’s on the table this week? Well for starters, who knows what Chinese tea egg is? If you don’t, we’re betting you might have a few ideas about them after watching this episode. You’ll also see pizza as you’ve never seen it before, learn to cook an oft-overlooked cut of pork, and get acquainted with a big, stinky fruit that the chefs must transform into a mouthwatering dessert. How’s that for educational?

If you could use a breather from traditional holiday food, be sure to tune in when the “Tea Eggs and Sympathy” episode airs tonight, Tuesday, November 27th at 9pm on Food Network. Maneet Chauhan and Marcus Samuelsson join Martha on the judges’ panel, while Ted Allen hosts. It’ll be fun, so chop to it!
