Bacon Mayonnaise

This rich spread is an integral component in our Bacon-Lobster-Tomato Sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon (3 ½ ounces)

  • cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat, flipping once, until crisp, about 8 minutes. Drain on paper towels, then finely chop (you should have 1/3 cup). Stir together mayonnaise and Dijon. Fold in bacon just before serving.
